Recent...I am a year late but I just love your blog! Recently, I had the pleasure of having two 90 minute massage sessions with this great masseuse. Amazing!! I work out a lot and don't stretch like I should and I carry stress in my back and shoulders. I knew about the shoulders and back tension but I was floored at how tight my whole body was!! He worked every part of my body, especially my legs and my hamstring muscles started popping out! I can't stop touching them because for months I have been squatting, kicking back, deadlifting or whatever and couldn't get any muscle growth. The key is to stretch the muscle so its gets stronger!! I am a true fan of regular massages now!
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3694576553060225835.post-88605736786740477762015-11-11T23:12:17.986-05:002015-11-11T23:12:17.986-05:00I never would have guessed that you carry tension ...I never would have guessed that you carry tension from a work out days or even weeks afterward! I work out a lot but must admit I don't always take the time to stretch at the end either. Thanks for the idea to check out massage schools. This may just be the way to convince my wife that I need and can afford a little massage every once in a while.

Brooke Burgess @ East West CollegeAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17130709234997022859noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3694576553060225835.post-86249017703826531962015-08-12T17:05:44.082-04:002015-08-12T17:05:44.082-04:00You could look at massages not as luxury, but rath...You could look at massages not as luxury, but rather treating yourself after a rather hectic week or two. Aside from tons of benefits that it can give you, massage sessions nowadays are reasonably priced, if not quite affordable. Truly, regular massage sessions is a must for a healthy body and well-being. Anyway, thanks for sharing your thoughts on the matter. Cheers!

Shanell Custer @ Sage Health and WellnessShanell Custerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05011397292788088798noreply@blogger.com
