Fingers crossed that protein layering (thanks Yahaya!) but using my hair butter will keep my ends happy and healthy this winter!

KLP @ SavingOurStrandsKLP @ SavingOurStrandshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16351404032388180656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3694576553060225835.post-63509046265039305502013-11-02T13:09:11.230-04:002013-11-02T13:09:11.230-04:00I'm a natural, and I love sealing my ends. Eve...I'm a natural, and I love sealing my ends. Even if I don't remoisturize entirely, I make sure to oil my ends every. single. day.

I wear my hair out in a wash-and-go 98% of the time, and I still am able to retain length (my hair is shoulder-length while curly, BSL when straight). Diligent sealing of my ends is one of the main habits I contribute to my length retention.

Ashleynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3694576553060225835.post-47004876456025228912013-10-31T17:14:45.898-04:002013-10-31T17:14:45.898-04:00I don't have any special tips :) I just starte...I don't have any special tips :) I just started my HHJ n I'm learning from u n other hair bloggers. My hair is relaxed n armpit length I think n has been there for far too long considering I haven't cut my hair in 12 years or so. I'm determined to take better care of my hair. My ultimate goal is waist length hair. Not sure how long that'll take. My go to protective style is cornrows. I use palm kernel oil to seal n pre-poo. Gets good reviews on d internet. So far so good for me. I'm thinking of introducing shea butter to my hair regimen. Esp as I'm running out of palm kernel oil. It should b good for sealing right? Oh n honey too. Heard good things. N oh I stay in Nigeria. TMI I know lol. I'll sign off now. Keep doing what you're doingMitchellnoreply@blogger.com
