The Home Work Out I'm Doing for Flatter Abs in 2 Weeks.

Fitness
Just weeks before the quarantine began, I had finally mustered up enough motivation to visit gym regularly again.  I was so certain that I'd build muscle tone by summer but, unfortunately, my plans were foiled.  As soon as the lockdown orders were in place, I found myself stuck in a house with no gym access and an ample supply of junk food.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out what happened next.

My weight ballooned up to levels that I haven't seen a long while.  Eventually, I came to my senses and went back to eating like a normal person again.  Naturally, some of the weight came off. But I needed to incorporate a little exercise to burn off extra calories due to lack of activity.

As soon as I sought to find some at-home workouts that could tone up my midsection, I stumbled on a forum where a few ladies were discussing the astonishing results from a certain fitness Youtuber.  Although I enjoyed reading their comments and reviews, it wasn't quite enough for me to jump headfirst into doing her targeted workouts.

That was days ago.

This morning, I logged on Instagram and was greeted by another happy individual singing the praises of Chloe Ting's workouts.

At that point, I had no other choice than to jump on the Chloe Ting ab transformation train.
Chloe has nearly 7.5 million subscribers on Youtube.  Her most popular video has nearly 100 million views and promises to give you toned abs in just 2 weeks.   That specific workout sparked a slew of nearly 100 reaction videos of people who took on the challenge and experienced noticeable results.

Working out at home is underrated.

I know a few women who transformed her body in a major way without stepping foot inside a gym. All they did was follow along with an exercise video.

I worked with a trainer once who was a bit old school.  Even though we met for our sessions at the gym, he always emphasized that he preferred full bodyweight exercises to workout machines.  Within a few weeks of working with him, the changes in my body were evident.

Here's hoping that, in a few works of following Chloe's workouts, I can be one of those people who experience a flatter, smaller midsection.

  1. I tried the Chloe Ting workouts too and they actually really worked! I've slipped on my fitness now thought and haven't done one in a while. I need to get back on it!
