 I'm here to sing the praises of my newest facial cleansing tool.  Those of you who are long-time readers of the blog know that I'm obsessed with facial tools...the fancier the better. 

Until recently, I was primarily focused on finding the most technologically advanced skin care tools on the on market.  That was until I was introduced to a low-cost beauty accessory.

 Chlorophyll is having a moment on TikTik as a new group of people are now discovering the potent green liquid.  I've been a fan of Chlorophyll for a while now.  It's always been a staple in my pre-summer routine for years.  

Every summer, I load up on chlorophyll for the following reasons:

-Improved digestion.

-Internal detox

-Odor control (for when I sweat)

-Helping prevent summer-induced breakouts.

Those benefits alone are enough to keep me coming back.  But I'm here to talk about yet another, little-known benefit of chlorophyll that no one's talking about.  If you're still working on shedding those quarantine pounds but struggle because you can't seem to overcome those out-of-control cravings, then keep reading.

I don't know if anyone else experiences this but every summer I inadvertently abandon my foundation.  Instead, I find myself reaching for powdered coverage.  I do this because foundation and hot, sweltering heat seem to be at war with each other.  Covering my face in powder seems to help keep sweat and oiliness at bay.

Powders are great but there's a downside.  Tinted powders just don't seem to give the same level of flawless coverage as a liquid foundation.  Summers were made for patio dining, outdoor events, and day parties. We want our skin to look it's best, especially in natural light. 

Don't worry, there's a solution to the summer skin foundation dilemma that I can't wait to share with you.

As part of my resolve to do the things that will make myself proud a year from now, I decided to splurge on a gym membership.  Will I actually be more consistent this around?

I think so...

Why? Because I have discovered a new motivation to keep active that goes far beyond the desire to have the best summer body.  

This new source of motivation might just be exactly what I need to develop a lifelong habit of working out.
