Fitness Friday Feature | @Analedesma

Happy Friday to you Madam.  I suspect that you're here for a dose of Friday Fitness Motivation.  If you are, you've come to the right place.  Today I'd like to showcase some inspiration from  @analedesma on Instagram.
The woman's physique is sheer perfection.  I was already blown away by her tiny waist then, come to find out that she's also a mother.  Any and all excuses became invalid at that point.
I like that her page also includes a few sessions of her working out to keep us motivated.  And the fact that she posts little messages asking if "we worked out today.  Check out @analedesma on Instagram.

  1. am on my 30/30 fitness Challenge (work out 30 mins for 30 days). The goal is sculpting as I do not want to loose weight. I'm trying to get that elusive V

  3. I am doing the Jillian Michaels Killer abs,an ab-sanity and an oblique workout I pinned off Pinterest. It's labelled I seek Obliques.
