Natural Deodorant Not Cutting It? I Have the Ultimate Solution

Hygiene
The warmer it gets, the more I have a sense of dread of what's to come.  Not only do I have to worry about how my skin will react to the change in temperatures, I have to face my other fear.....managing sweating and body odor.

I often tell people that I hate sweating.  That's only partially true. What I really hate is feeling uncomfortable about whether my sweat is producing a noticeable scent.  Even if others don't notice, I hate wondering if will.

Add to that the fact that my husband has a sensitive nose...that makes me more self-conscious than anything.  This whole situation is compounded by the fact that I gave up traditional deodorants for natural alternatives.  The natural ones are great in theory, but they don't really perform well when it comes to sweat and odor protection.

But, today I'm here with good news.  I have officially found a solution that attacks sweating related odor at the source!  It works amazingly well and it's all natural.
Actually, I've talked about this product before, but this year, I tweaked my strategy a little and maximized my results.

The answer to our body odor woes isn't another deodorant, it's a supplement.  Specifically, chlorophyll.  For those of you who don't know what chlorophyll is, basically, it's a compound found in plants.  Chlorophyll is what gives plants their green pigment.  What's interesting is that chlorophyll has a very similar chemical makeup to human blood which is why some people refer to chlorophyll as a blood builder.

One of the major benefits of chlorophyll is its detoxifying properties.  The result of its detoxifying powers is that chlorophyll can and will eliminate body odor.

I first incorporated chlorophyll into my regimen a few years back.  I enjoyed adding the dark green liquid drops to my water bottle.  It was pleasant to drink and kinda interesting to look at.  But, I'll be honest, I wasn't consistent so my results were kinda skewed.

This year, I was determined to make it work!  I read too many great reviews of how chlorophyll helped others in controlling odor.   What I had to do was make a few tweaks to my strategy.  Instead of liquid drops, I opted for the liquid filled gel caps.  The price was a bit more than if I grabbed the liquid but, believe me, it was well worth it.

In supplement form, it was much easier to take a few capsules daily.  Although the serving suggestion is one-a-day, I usually take two or three at a time. I'm happy to report that these chlorophyll gels are everything I ever wanted!

I have absolutely no odor when I sweat. None.  So when I'm at the gym or go for my walks, I'm not self-conscious.  Even my husband noticed.  I work from home so I don't really wear deodorant every day.  I prefer to sweat without any obstruction to the glands and lymph nodes located near the armpit.  It's a cleansing mechanism for the body so I don't really want to hamper it.  Nowadays, I wear deodorant if I want to limit sweating but not necessarily for odor prevention purposes.

Let's not forget that chlorophyll as a slew of other benefits like increased energy, improved digestion, as well as promoting skin health.  Typically, around the start of summer, I'm dealing with an onslaught of breakouts. This year has been an absolute dream as far as my skin is concerned.  I don't know if chlorophyll should get all the credit but that's the only new addition to my routine.

I'm sure that liquid chlorophyll works just as well. As long as you're consistent. Either way, you should definitely give chlorophyll a try.
