Features
I'm coming back at you with another recommendation for who to follow.  Our feature today deserves an instant follow because she  will bringing flawless wellness and health inspiration into your life.

This woman is a plant based chef and "wellness influencer."  I stumbled on her feed this morning and, within minutes of scrolling, I was inspired to live a greener, healthier life.

The vegan beauty I speak of is Sophia Roe. Her mission is to pursue wellness as a way of life and that message is loud and clear on her Instagram feed.   Just take one look at Sophia and you see a vibrant woman who's beautiful inside and out.
Sophia's road to living a healthy lifestyle began after realizing that her lack of energy was related to her eating habits. Her journey lead her to a vegan diet and an instant shift in energy.  Sophia became committed to her new way of life and, the rest was history.

I'm so looking forward to seeing more of Sophia's healthy living recipes and mini vlogs on my feed. She's kicking off a series on the importance of drinking more water and you all know how I feel about that.  She's also launching a new business and blog related to her love of a healthy lifestyle so be sure to follow so you don't miss out.
💦Water💦 We all need it! It's the number one necessity for human existence.🔹Without it..soil will be depleted, plants won't grow, we can't eat, and so on.. 🔹I'm going to be doing a series of videos and posts on water, as it's just too big of a topic to only do one post one. Some basics.. 🔹you should be drinking atleast half gallon of water a day, period. Obviously the more active you are, the more water you need. As, with EVERYTHING, there is no one size fits all here. I personally drink a gallon or more a day, easily. 🔹If you're thirsty? You're already dehydrated. So be sure to consistently drink water throughout the day. Chugging two liters in the morning is great, but be sure to drink throughout your day. 🔹Call your local utility company and find out if you have groundwater or surface water? The source makes a difference. Ask them questions! "When was the last time the water was tested?" "Is chlorine the main disinfectant you use?" If you don't like their answers..Call your local Environment Protection Agency (EPA) and annoy the hell out of them until you get answers! 1-800-426-4791! They'll send a kit to your house that you can test the water with yourself! 🔹There are tons of filtration and purification a systems. Carafe filters (Brita) and faucet filters are great for chlorine, lead, and various pharmaceuticals; but don't typically remove bacteria, pesticides, or rare sediment. 🔹Agh, and of course..the bottled water industry..😖Makes me cringe just thinking about it..more than half of the bottled water people buy is from the tap! The amount of plastic pollution grows every year, and even if it's BPA free, there are other chemicals laced into those bottles; that of course, seep into your water. 🔹So for sure, buy your water in glass bottles. **As mentioned, I will be doing a huge series of videos on this subject. Ways to make sure you're drinking quality water, pro's and con's to specific filters, at home water testing, and what brands of water, if any, are okay to drink! Loving you guys! Get yourself atleast a carafe filter and get to purifying, you beauties! ❤️💦😘✨
